Fleet Intelligence helps make fuel and energy performance visible. Our team can support the technical analysis and records that mining, farming and forestry businesses need when assessing eligible incentive claims.
We help organize diesel-use and activity records to support eligible refund calculations and submissions. From 1 April 2026, qualifying on-land mining, farming and forestry activities may include 100% of eligible diesel litres in the refund calculation, at the applicable levy rates and subject to SARS requirements.
SARS scheme detailsWe support energy-savings measurement and technical evidence for the Section 12L process. The deduction is 95 cents per kWh or kWh-equivalent saved for eligible years of assessment ending before 1 January 2031; a SANEDI certificate is required.
